I just came up to see if in offline mode have the car Tunning workshop, or it's just exclusevly of online mode, if anybody that really knows the answers, i would be gratefullly

I'm just Wana know if can you do the normal campaign but in online mode
Story mode is way better
Gta offline is way more immersive having more npc’s and passengers in cars making it feel more real I don’t know if they got rid of other stuff in the online like npc’s hanging on to your car when you drive off when they grab the door handle but all I know is gta offline has the better open world feel
